After losing Kristopher, Charlie didn't write a book and walk away. He went into the science. He spent the next decade researching neuropsychology, belief systems, and emotional regulation driven by one question: what was happening inside his son's mind, and how do we make sure the next young person has the tools to survive it?
That research produced the Human Performance Loop a framework now deployed with elite athletes, Fortune 500 CEOs, executive leadership teams, sexual assault survivors, and PTSD patients. Charlie has spoken before foreign dignitaries in Romania as part of a delegation on rebuilding mental health infrastructure in Ukraine. He has directly impacted over 5,000 individuals across industries.
The Kristopher Campaign brings all of that back to where it was always needed most a school assembly room, and the students inside it who are feeling things they don't yet have words for.
